There's a great flat trail around Lily Lake that's suitable for kids and grandparents. Offers great views of Twin Sisters. Great for an afternoon picnic!

An America the Beautiful pass or National Park pass and is now required to visit this nearby section of Rocky Mountain National Park. Depending on the time of day, an online reservation may also be required. The trail which loops around Lily Lake is an easy stroll - wheelchair accessible. The extended loop trail on the Lily Lake side of Lily Mountain leads up to some nice views of Longs Peak and Lily Lake and gives visitors a taste of hiking in the mountains. When you don't have time to drive into the other areas of the National Park, these trails are a very nice alternative.

Beautiful lake, not too far from Estes Park! Lily lake has an easy hike around the lake, but there are also options to make it a longer hike.
