Cortex Bistrot mixes tradition and modernity in the same blender. I know Tortelli of the Filoma Restaurant is quite perfect, but you have to try Cortex. **ITA** Cortex Bistrot, riesce a mescolare perfettamente tradizione e modernità, creando qualcosa di nuovo e molto buono. Lo so che la cucina di Parma sarebbe già perfetta così, ma la vera innovazione è migliorare sempre di più la tradizione.

E' un piccolo e recente ristorante nel centro storico, vicino ai Sant'Anna Studios, dove la qualità delle materie prime è alta e il menu proposto è creativo. It's a small and recent restaurant in the historic center, near the Sant'Anna Studios, where the quality of the raw materials is so high and the proposed menu is creative.
