Bartolo’s is new to our list of favorite Park City restaurants. The food here is great and the perfect spot for any time of day as they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The restaurant is bright and modern, the service is friendly and fast, but most importantly the food is really delicious. We also love that they’re located in Kimball Junction because sometimes you don’t want to drive clear in the heck up to Main Street for good food. Menu favorites: smoked trout benedict- our favorite breakfast item on the menu! Served with dill cream, hollandaise, pickled red onion, and “everything” seeds. For lunch or dinner get the rigatoni bolognese, served with parmesan, fresh ricotta, and herbs, or the shrimp spaghetti- made with fresh garlic and tomatoes, pepperoncino, arugula, parmesan, lemon zest, and herbs.

Local Italian kitchen that brings you back to a summer in Italy. They do brunch on the weekends too. Have a little patience with slower service.

Fantastic Italian food. Some of my fave dishes are the rigatoni bolognese and the linguini with clams.
