If all you want is a nice bar with good vibes, affordable prices, awesome beer and wine - that's the place to go! The place could get crowded with students at times.

This gorgeous wine bar is one suburb away from where we live in Rehavia. This is as local as it gets! Half hour walk or 12 minutes by bus.
