SushiTrue the best sushi-fusion restaurants in Montevideo. Chef Danny Sadi is not scared of experimenting with flavors and textures. He produces amazing Japanese fusion cuisine which you can taste in this small boutique restaurant, which is thematically decorated with ornaments brought back from his travels. A few highlights among his exciting creations are the sushi rolls with panko shrimp, serrano ham, and blue cheese, the sweet and savory rolls with salmon skin, mango, strawberry, and lime zest, and finally rolls featuring carrot, eggplant, and shiitake mushrooms.
