Sister Theatre of the Oldest Cinema ever (or something like that). Dukes at Komedia is central Brighton's independent cinema, and hands down better than the multi-plexs!

Great Arts House cinema with two bars and comfortable seats, situated in the Lanes, close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Part of the independent Picturehouses group, a civilised cinema where you can take a glass of beer into the movie with you! Or wine. And popcorn. We love this place.

Great little picture house in the North Lanes - look out for the stripy legs!! Shows most up to date films, but many more old favourites. Bar, food, central.
