Again it is walking distance. Great local pub/bar w pool table, jute box and cool drinks! Outdoor area too. Easy peasy.

Neighborhood dive bar. A little nicer than the nearby 04 Lounge, Nice outdoor area. Decent beer selection and unique cocktails.
