Enjoy an Indians game while here. They have district tickets that are cheap and standing room only, but come with a beer. Depending on the season, consider going to a Cavs game - utilize Flash Seats (app or website) to find tickets or to a Browns game... maybe they'll be better next year :) Either way, we are about a mile walk to the Indians and the Cavs arenas and 0.5 mile to the Browns.
