This is a great place to visit, ideal for families as well as dog walkers. The beach can be accessed as well as a woodland area.
Penrhos coastal park is on the outskirts of Holyhead. The park covers History, sea, and wildlife are blended into one place to visit. There is ample free parking. It is just off the Telford cob causeway, or Stanley Embankment, the original road to Holy island before the A55 was built.
