Another gem on the Solway Coast. Lovely walk to the beautiful beach with 2 hides and a playpark for the children. Well worth a visit.

his beautiful white sandy beach forms part of the RSPB's Mersehead reserve. Parking is at the reserves visitor centre. From here a circular trail with birdwatching hides leads to the beach a walk of about a mile.

Its a bird reserve with lovely walks to hides and the beach. Its the winter retreat for thousands of geese that feed in thi area.
