Awesome 7 mile long beach! TWO parking lots ( FILL UP FAST IN THE SUMMER) , snack shop across the street ( AMAZING MILKSHACKS!) , and bathrooms on site (note: bathrooms close at 4:30 pm). Parking was $25 a car ( FREE W/OUR PARKING PASS!) Very clean beach and water was warm in the summer. Seaweed/shells are abundant at the edge of the water, so you may want to consider water shoes. Overall, great day at Craigville Beach.

Besides Dowses, visit Craigville beach too. Parking pass works. You can pay to park a 2nd car or text Liz and you may be able to leave a car at her mom’s which is walking distance to the beach. FYI Dowses, no pay to park a second car. Must have pass.

997 Craigville Beach Rd., Hyannis. A 10 minute drive. Located on the Nantucket Sound, probably the most popular beach in Barnstable. Long, wide beautiful sand beach. Can be crowded during the summer months. Umbrella & chair rentals and restaurants are across the street. It is staffed with life guards and equipped with bathrooms and showers.

Beautiful beach with a breathtaking walk down 'long beach'. there are Bath houses and snack shacks and plenty of parking.
