In the market you can get all your produce, very fresh and at a good price. Connected to the market is a little shop selling your dry goods like bread, canned/boxed foods, sauces, wine and liquor. Also a section carries dairy and refrigerator items, and has the best cheese selection in town.

You can arrive here on a bus from Rivas or Managua and vice versa. Also good area for shopping in general

The marcado has amazing restaurants and food vendors. Cheap, tasty and quick. If you want real Nicaraguan food look no further!

You can take express or routing buses from 5:00 am until 6:00 pm, that can take you to the main cities in Nicaragua. The cost of the bus is less that $5.
