One my favorite traditionnal french brasserie - Service, food, wine, atmosphere...everything is as it should always be. And it's been like this at least since I arrived in Paris (decades ago..:)

Each and every time I am enchanted to see how perfect it stays, never a flaw. The service is impecabe even if terribly busy and perfect french dishes.
