Perched on their watchtower, with the city and the coast at their feet, the chef Amador and his brother Alexander develop signature cuisine inspired by the traditional cookbook. The artistic heritage of his mother, the Dutch painter Irene van Vlijmen, is palpable in many details of the restaurant and its cuisine. Located in the Villa Guadalupe hotel, the dining room offers a beautiful panoramic view as does its terrace.
