Great library with internet cafe, children's section and adjacent to a park and Yampa River.

Walk the core trail to the library! Great kids section! Coffee shop with pasties etc

Maybe not the first choice for vacation but the green build building had beautiful views of the Yampa, a coffee shop and lots of areas for sitting and relaxing (including a deck in summer!)
