Best mocha in Eugene and delicious hot chocolate. Located in an old Eugene gymnasium turned to neighborhood concert venue. Unique bookstore to discover in basement.

Best place for morning coffee & food. Very close. 5 minute walk. In an eclectic old commercial building, was an Edsel car dealership. Where the real people go. Ask 4 breakfast - eggs & bacon & other.
