Championship Dragon golf course, great food and drinks at the club house

This course was created in the late 90’s to be one of the hardest courses in the country. They succeeded. Go play but don't be upset when you lose more balls than you usually do and score higher. This course is a lot of fun and the biggest challenge. Tied Second Most Expensive. 12 minute drive from our property.

Enjoy visiting Nakoma and taking in the architectural wonder designed by America's greates architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. Opened by the Garner's in 2001, Nakoma has become a tourist destination. It touts the challenging Dragon golf course designed by architect Robin Nelson and opened in 2000, the year of the Golden Dragon in the Chinese calendar. The Gold Mountain community touts 400 homesites with many Taliesin Architect designed home. Taliesin is the architectural firm of Frank Lloyd Wright and the community was masterplanned and over 80 homes are from the Taliesin collection.
