Directly across the road from the ocean. Lovely small place with excellent food + outdoor seating on picnic tables in good weather. Lunch 11:30 - 2pm, dinner at 5. Get there right at 5 if you want a seat right in the window. Located in lovely Hills Beach area on the other side of the University of New England campus. Drive slow through the campus to avoid possible speeding tickets.
