Super nice jungle lobby where you can drink a coffee and wander over to St. Annes park which is super nice on a sunny day. They also have a good happy hour and tasty meals any time of the day!

Exit the parking garage and use the Parkside stairs to Humbodlt Street for a great morning coffee or lunch.

A great coffee shop overlooking the beautiful St. Ann's Academy. A small patio, excellent coffee, and local craft beer on tap. Good for working or just taking a breather.
