Painter Samora Barros Art Gallery. Temporary exhibitions of fine arts, painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography and others take place in the Gallery, as well as poetry recitals and short jazz (or classical) concerts.

The building located in the Largo Engº Duarte Pacheco, which currently houses the Pintor Samora Barros Art Gallery, dates back to 1926 and was originally a power plant. In 1988, it was renovated and transformed into an art gallery. This 2-storey building has exterior arch-shaped spaces that allow natural interior lighting. The facade boasts tiles and decorative elements of the painter.
