Mez is a wonderfully authentic Karoo kitchen but don't come too hungry - the meals are all prepared fresh on the spot and can take some time. But you'll find it's well worth the wait.

The owner of Mez Karoo Kitchen, Michelle, always has interesting dishes on her menu and takes the time to chat to each patron, she is not open during the winter seasons though, please check with our front office.

Michelle Berry is a very good cook as well. She specialises in a fushion of Mediterranean and Karoo dishes. Her Turkish Delight ice cream is rather delicious! Take your own alcohol.
