Eclectic menu featuring fresh fish, beef and fowl dishes. Chef Paul is the best. We recommend everything on his menu. Also a very talented acoustic guitarist most nights.

Green Springs has been a Safety Harbor staple restaurant for years now. The chef (and owner) creates delicious food creations and is an amazing quality place to eat.
