Downtown is within walking distance and only a couple of minutes away from this house. There are a couple of cafes and stores downtown if you want to spend some time strolling around. Downtown Fairbanks is not very big, so you could probably cover it all in a couple of hours.

The Morris Thompson Visitor's Center, the walking bridge, shopping for souvenirs, lunching at the Thai House, Salty's, the Crepery, downtown Fairbanks has many attractions.
