The Washington State capitol is a near replica of the US Capitol and it is beautiful inside. It is open almost every day of the year and they offer a few tours each day.

28 story domed rotunda with tours, history and beauty in the Italian marble, local quarried lime stone. Built to reflect the WA DC capitol. Come during session and view from the balcony.

The State Capitol grounds are beautiful, lovely to walk around, especially in the spring when the many cherry trees are blooming.
