One of the greatest chocolatiers in France, Jean-Paul Hévin, winner of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition, does simple chocolate cakes, but he does them perfectly. I absolutely love them, especially the Annapurna, which is seasonal and made with chestnuts. I could eat 10 of them. I particularly love the Saint-Honoré boutique, a cave of chocolates situated in the courtyard of an 18th century building in the center of town.

Amazing selection of chocolate desserts. My favorites are "Ecuador" and "Macaron à l'ancienne". Tea room on the 1st floor where you can enjoy a light lunch and a dessert.
the master of chocolat, I recommend the oister chocolate with a russian cheese cake at the tea house
