For fancier barbecue, head to Larry McGuire and Tom Moorman’s Lamberts, which takes reservations. The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner, brunch, and late-night dining when the chopped brisket sandwich or even a barbecue plate can do just the trick. Plus, the cocktails are good. Hours: lunch: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday; dinner: 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday; 5 to 10:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday; brunch: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; bar: it closes “late” Recommended orders: brisket, pulled pork, chopped brisket sandwich (lunch)
