Cosy restaurant in the centre of Barbaresco. Classy fixed price menu

In the heart of one of the capitals of the Italian oenology, young and brilliant management for this restaurant located in a beautiful building in the historic center; the gastronomic proposal ranges from tradition to innovation. They didn't get the Michelin star yet, but they definitely deserve it in my opinion.
