Very short drive to one of city's best sports facilities. Home of the annual GoDaddy Bowl. Many people walk to this event from our neighborhood!

Ladd Stadium is home of college footballs annual Senior Bowl. "To have 500 former players on active NFL rosters emphasizes the fact that each year the Senior Bowl features the future stars of the league."
