Small greasy spoon near O'Connell Street. Cheap and cheerful. Nice staff. Don't expect anything special, but you'll be well fed for less than €10.

Quaint airy cafe, great for breakfast, brunch or a lazy lunch. Just opposite Parnell memorial gardens.
