The General Food Store has an ever evolving menu based on seasonal ingredients sourced from local and greater Victorian food regions. YUMMY! Owner, Paul 'Dougie' Douglas is a chef and has worked in some of London's top fine-dining restaurants. He and his wife, Belinda are committed to operating as ethically and sustainably as possible.

This is a great cosy cafe for a big breakfast or a light lunch or just a coffee and cake. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
