Great little out of the way place with excellent quality coffee and baked goods... Down by the New Westminster Quay market. Take an extra 5 minutes and walk over while you are checking out the Quayside park or shopping around the Quay. Wonderful peaceful lap top friendly atmosphere...

The best local coffee house in New West. Grab a coffee in-house and enjoy the good vibes atmosphere or take one to-go and walk to Pier Park.

Our favourite coffee shop! Great avocado toast, sandwiches and our go-to drinks are their Latte and London Fog.

Super artsy, and in a historic building with exposed brick walls. Just love everything about it! I like to grab a coffee and walk to pier park.
