This place has great breakfasts and lunch! Plus it's a deli and butchery so you can get food to bring back home.

Although Art's is technically a butcher shop/deli, they make great breakfasts and lunches and they make great coffee. They also have a small selection of packaged foods (pasta etc), produce, and beverages. Within walking distance.
