The Newport Natural Market makes great sandwiches and is a great stop for high quality groceries and beer.

Really great natural foods to stock your picnic basket: olives, cheese, fresh baked breads and natural gourmet items, plus wines and bulk nibbles in the basement. Hot bar foods are good, especially the chili, but very expensive.

Natural, organic, gluten free, fresh produce. Grocery store and Cafe with awesome sandwiches, baked goods, soups, steam table buffet, eat in or take out.
