Where is City Lights located? City Lights is located on the 18th floor of the Le Meridien hotel. Le Meridien is located at 555 S. McDowell St. Where can I park for City Lights Rooftop? You can park in the Le Méridien parking deck. Be sure to bring your ticket in and ask your server or bartender to validate for $5 parking. You are also welcome to use the complimentary valet service. Does City Lights take reservations? For the main bar and rooftop area, we welcome guests to come on a first come, first serve basis and do not take reservations, unless your party is for 10 or more.
