Right on the Severn Estuary, as well as all the wildfowl this is a great place to watch Starling murmurations.

A National Nature Reserve with many acres of reed-beds and wetlands crossed by easy to navigate paths. (21min drive from flat. Nash, NP18 2BZ)

Great spot for bird watching, or just hiking around the flat trails, finishing with a play in the park for the kids. Run by the RSPB, there is a good cafe and shop with fun trails for the kids to do. Free entry.
