There are many fantastic pubs on the doorstep such as The Fat Cat, Kelham Island Tavern and The Harlequin (the latter of which you can see from the balcony!). However on a warm sunny day it's hard to beat sitting outside The Riverside pub in their large beer garden with a cold pint or chilled wine.
