Ice Skate from Nov - January , Free of charge ; just bring your own skates or you can rent them there. The New York Public Library is right behind it!

Outside eating and drinking. VERY crowded after work, but great for a day lunch or late evening outdoor dinner.

During the winter time it has great Christmas stores and an ice skating rink.
