Great spot for breakfast or lunch. The best gyros in town. Offer great options for vegeterians as well - I'm partial to the hummus and falafel plate. Be advised, that they close by 2:30 pm and are cash only.

This is Hendersonvilles only Middle Eastern / Mediterranean food spot, and it is really, really delicious. Served in an unpretentious atmosphere where the food does all the talking, the owners are sweet people who believe "food is love". Pita Express embodies everything that makes Hendersonville such a wonderful place to live and visit.

Best Middle Easter/Israeli food. Each dish is prepared for you so it takes a little longer. Not a quick service place despite how it looks.
