Rincon is tucked slightly off Highway 101 between La Conchita and Carpinteria. There are no hamburger stands, no souvenir shops, no proclamations that you have arrived. There are 2 parking lots to the left takes you to the surfers side. The right is stairs or a ramp for swimming and walking. There are no life guards at this beach.
