The location is beautiful! The place however needs some serious work. When I arrived there was sand all over the unit including dresser drawers. There is an extra charge if sand is left behind so I had to message the host. The air conditioner leaked on us the entire stay and I told Jennifer it was leaking and the response was it would be fixed but no further solution. The beach chairs are rusted and all straps to carry are broken, the ice chest is missing a wheel and the top is broken. Did have some nice beach toys for the kids and plenty of towels though. I asked about a pack and play for my one year old prior to arriving and arrived to find a 20 year old pack and play that had a hole in the side net and stains all over. so I had to get a new one on the opposite side of the island after we got to the north shore. There was half eaten food left in the fridge and I’m not even a picky person but the place did not look cleaned. Terrible stove don’t bother cooking. Wouldn’t stay again.

Wow! We can’t thank Jennifer enough. We had a problem with our previous Airbnb and needed to find another place quick! She responded very fast and accommodated us when she didn’t have to. We loved the place and location was great! We appreciated the amenities like the pool and tennis courts. Also all the beach gear! The place was exactly as described and she sent over a lot of recommendations for the area.

Great stay, our family had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s AirBnb! Gated community located within walking distance of the Ritz Turtle Bay. Great host and provided very easy instructions. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a great visit staying at Jennifer's in September with 2 teenagers. The condo is beautifully renovated and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the huge amount of pool and beach gear available and the well-equipped kitchen. The Kuilima Estates is super conveniently located to several beautiful and family-friendly beaches (Kawela bay and Kuilima Cover are both walkable, Pupukea and Waimea Bay beaches and Shark Cove for snorkeling are a short drive away) and the condo complex itself has beautiful grounds and great pools. Jennifer was a super helpful host with great local recommendations and was always very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!
