Située au bord de l'Ourthe et du Ravel, cette maison agréable comporte 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une piscine , un jacuzzi, un billard américain et un salle de jeux Elle se trouve en plein cœur du charmant village de Comblain-au-Pont, supermarché, Poste, Musée, bar, restaurants... tout est à proximité. C'est un endroit idéal, grâce au jardin clos et sa terrasse couverte, pour passer quelques jours de vacances entre amis ou en famille. arrivée et départ uniquement le vendredi et le lundi.

Deze unieke accommodatie maakt onderdeel uit van een oude hoeve, gelegen aan de rand van Maastricht. Je verblijft midden in de natuur op slechts 15 minuten fietsafstand van Centrum Maastricht. Het appartement, wat is opgezet als loft, is fraai vormgegeven en afgewerkt met mooie en duurzame materialen. Je kunt gebruik maken van het heerlijke natuurzwembad dat in de zomer en winter beschikbaar is, gelegen in de grote (gedeelde) tuin. De drukte vlakbij en de rust en natuur direct beschikbaar :)

Animaux admis moyennant supplément de 20€/séjour.

Ancienne grange en pierre entièrement rénovée idéalement située dans un cadre campagnard et calme. Ce logement, unique en son genre, vous impressionnera par ses volumes, son authenticité, sa connexion à la nature, et ses finitions. Les amoureux de balades seront comblés par le Ravel passant juste derrière la maison ainsi que par les nombreuses autres possibilités de randonnées. Les autres se laisseront bercer par les sons de la nature dans cet endroit hors du commun.

Dit sinds mei 2022 geheel nieuw buitenverblijf inclusief privé hottub is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de echte rust en natuurliefhebber, fietser of wandelaar. In april 2023 is dit verblijf nog unieker geworden door de aangelegde natuurtuin. Hier kan men in alle rust genieten van alles wat de natuur te bieden heeft. Voel je vrij om hier een wandeling door heen te maken Centraal gelegen in het heuvelland ten opzichte van Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen en Aken.

The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

Een moment van rust en ontspanning. Aan de rand van Nationaal Park de Hoge Kempen en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van centrum Maastricht. Dat is wat het recent gerenoveerde Sonnehuisje biedt. Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). On a truly beautiful spot in the hills of the "Pays de Herve" lies our old farmhouse (1850) with 3 nice holiday houses, each with stunning views of surroundings. The spacious apartment is suitable for a stay of 5 to 7 people. The rent is based on a stay of 5 persons. The 6th and 7th person staying (babies do count with us) pays 20 euros per person per night.
