The Tiny Apartment has 20m2 on the groundfloor with a small single kitchen, 3 bar stools and a small bathroom with a shower. On the first floor an L-shaped room, 30m2 with a big table, a double bed and a sleeping sofa. Ideal for one or two persons. A third person can sleep on the small sofa. The spiral staircase is tiny and not appropriate for small children, elderly people or dogs. The farmhouse is idyllically located in the middle of the fields and close to the forest. 15 Min from Aachen away

Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

Der Übernachtungspreis ist für zwei Personen und Familien mit Kleinkindern ausgewiesen. Einzelpersonen bekommen von mir auf Anfrage einen Rabatt.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
