Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Cozy Cottage at Waverly House

Completely remodeled 350 sq ft pier & beam "efficiency" unit or mother in law suite, spilt unit ac/heating with full bath. Located behind main house. Enjoy multiple sitting areas w/private entrance & fully fenced backyard. Quiet location in an established area. 25 miles from Port Aransas with beach access, 15 mins from Bob Hall, Whitecap & Mustang Island. 10 mins from The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, & University. Dog friendly (limit 2) only, no alternate pets. $15 fee Permit Number: 204942

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

The comewnity boasts an adorable lake, with ducks and geese you can feed, a pool, and a bbq area! If you will be missing your kitty, a shelter cat can even join you for an additional donation!

Corpus House

**No pet fees** Private 2-bedroom home with a queen-size bed in each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 is fully private and the other is partially private. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.

Waterfront Escape w/ Private Dock + Kayaks

Welcome to Heron Haven — your peaceful waterfront island escape. Enjoy true canal-front living with a private dock, perfect for fishing, kayaking, or simply unwinding with serene water views. This is a nice, quiet last house of the Cul de Sac with a huge back yard. So much to do and so close to it all, like restaurants, hospitals, the movie theater, parks, Corpus Christi A&M, Golf Course, hiking and bird watching, access to the ocean in 3 different directions. Your stay here will be as fun and relaxing as you want it to be. We have a list of several of the near by places you could go to, come here and enjoy it all.
