The place 'Fidel Castro Graffiti - Siempre a la Victoria' is actually a boule bar/cafe. We are not recommending it per-say but the local beach that is just by the water below it. This is the closest location on google maps. It is in some way nothing special it is a pier made in concrete and popular place for locals in Perast and around to swim and sunbathe. We like it a lot. The water is usually very nice. We like this place and usually take the car here for a swim. It has places with good shade during the day.
