Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions

Rustic charm, cosy & nostalgic Bedstee for 2

Bedstee is a remote, sheltered haven on our croft in a beautiful setting overlooking Little Loch Broom. Situated at the end of an 8 mile single track road off the NC500, it's perfect to explore the Highlands. Adventure, stunning views, silence and the elements, our cosy, romantic Bedstee has an intimate and nostalgic rustic feel. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

'The Secret Garden' - exclusive *hot tub*

A design-led space and *NEWLY* refurbished apartment with it's own very private hot tub and luxury garden room, is located near the Worth Valley Steam Railway with stunning views of the hills. It is a five minute drive from the historic village of Haworth and is a perfect location for visiting the Brontë parsonage where the Brontë sisters lived and the moors which inspired their writing, the Yorkshire Dales, Ilkley and Saltaire. There is Netflix and a smart TV in the bedroom and living room.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. Snuggle up by the log burner whilst looking out at our peaceful lake, surrounded by ancient woodland. A private couples’ retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing magical moments in nature. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

Escape the Christmas chaos and unwind in the cozy comfort of our houseboat, festively decorated in December. A romantic retreat for two floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in East Hoathly. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! ( plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)
